What we claim, and what we don't — the short version

The hair goes into a sealed bin as it comes off the coat — that is the mechanism and the reason to buy it. It does not stop shedding; nothing does. The numbers (≥10 kPa, ≤65 dB, 2.5 L) are the supplier’s. No skin or coat claims. No reviews yet — we opened this year, which is why the guarantee is the way it is. The receipt: what the hair has cost so far, what the kit costs, and the one price change we will ever announce. Text animation over a real product photo.

Questions people ask before they click

Why not the $84.99 one on Amazon?

Fair question, and it might be the right buy for you — here is the side-by-side we wrote, including the rows where they beat us. Ours has a bigger bin (2.5 L vs 1 L) and a refund that doesn't need a return shipment. Theirs has thousands of reviews and Prime speed.

How loud is it, really?

It sounds like a hand-held vacuum. The supplier caps it at 65 dB; we haven't metered it. Some dogs accept a vacuum near them; some never will. Here is the three-session introduction we recommend. That's what the 60 days are for.

Will it work on a double coat / a Husky / a Golden?

The de-shedding head is built for undercoat. How far one bin goes depends on the dog. At 2.5 L it's the biggest on our comparison table, so for most sessions it's once, at the end.

When does it ship and from where?

US warehouse, tracked, shipping included. Typically 3–5 days. Not next-day.

What does "keep it" actually mean?

Exactly that. Email a photo, we refund the full amount you paid, and you keep or dispose of the unit. No label, no box, no inspection. Once per household.

Thousand Walks is a house with five dogs — Zeus, Coco, Yogi, Preston, Polo — choosing units and standing behind them with the guarantee. We don't manufacture them, and we say so.
