Shedding season is when every kit in this category gets tested. Double coats fill a small bin fast. A bin that’s too small is the fifth most common complaint we found in category reviews.

Ours is 2.5 litres. Neakasa’s is 1. Uproot’s is 1.7. On a Husky or a Pyrenees, that’s fewer stops to empty it. It doesn’t stop the shedding. Nothing does. It changes where the hair ends up.
