The Refusal-Proof Guarantee
Support gear has a failure mode a guarantee has to name: the dog says no. Ours names it.
One guarantee, every product
It reads the same for the sling, the kits and the ramp — we did not think a wooden ramp deserved a weaker promise than a piece of fabric. The same photo-first remedy covers wrong fit against our published size chart, and defects on arrival.
Why "refusal" is covered at all
Read the one-star reviews anywhere in this category and the same story repeats: the gear was fine, the dog said no. Every one of our products ships with the printed introduction steps — the five quiet minutes that decide whether any aid gets accepted. Many dogs accept it on a later, quieter try — and some never do. Both are real answers. A dog who still refuses after the steps is telling you something real, and you shouldn't pay for that answer.
We ask that you actually run the steps first — not as a hurdle, but because they work, and because the guarantee is honest in both directions.
How a claim works
One per household. Support: support@ [PENDING: support inbox] — the address publishes here before checkout ever opens.
What this guarantee is not
It's not a medical promise. Nothing we sell treats, heals, or extends anything — this guarantee covers mechanical fit and your dog's acceptance, nothing more. And it's not a trick with fine print: there is no restocking fee, no "must be unused" clause for refusal cases, and no store-credit-only escape hatch.
